Modern materials are increasingly durable and we have years of experience working with:

EPDM Rubber
A low-cost option, EPDM rubber comes as one full piece. Having no joins means it is less likely to leak. It is UV resistant with a water-based glue system and the rubber is able to expand and contract with changes in the weather. This is a good option for simple flat roofs, such as sheds, or smaller areas.

GRP
Commonly known as fibreglass, GRP is lightweight and durable with a hard surface finish. It can form around any difficult areas and is an ideal material for any kind of flat roof.

Roofing membrane
With this traditional system, underlay is applied before the membrane is blow-torched on, then it’s finished with a cap sheet.

Over time, there are several issues that can affect flat roofing, including moss growth, water pooling or leaks, cracking, stretching or loose roof felt. We’re on hand to provide high-quality repairs and replace damaged elements as needed.
